July continued to see a fair amount of condo sales throughout Palm Coast. I thought I might make these numbers more interesting this time by taking the lowest sale price in each community and going back to track previous sale price so you can see the incredible values being offered at todays pricing. Everyone wants a good deal and there are still good deals to be had . The communities of Canopy Walk, Cinnamon Beach, Grand Haven Riverclub and Grand Haven Riverview, Hammock Beach Ocean Towers and Hammock Beach Club, Hammock Dunes – Cambria, Surf Club and Tidelands all saw sales in July.
