Always nice weather here in Flagler County, but this is absolutely the best weather of the year in my humble opinion. Weather can be unpredictable of course, but I feel pretty good about our chances this weekend, predicted highs of mid 80s, no rain chances ….perfect!

- Biketoberfest – drawing thousands of bikers and those of us who just like to gawk things should be hopping in Daytona Beach and in Flagler Beach where our local establishments such as Finns Pub and Golden Lion are gearing up. Starts today Thursday and runs through Sunday.
- The City of Palm Coast’s Parks & Recreation Department and the Flagler County Schools proudly present ‘Casper’ on Friday, October 14 at sunset in Central Park in Town Center. Admission is free for this monthly event, concessions will be open call 386.986.2323 for additional details.

African American Cultural Society Family Day Celebrating the 20th anniversary. 12:00 PM TO 6:00 PM Central Park at Town Center There are multiple events scheduled over the weekend of October 14 & 15 and again on October 23. There will be live entertainment, cultural exhibits, food and vendors, prizes and games for kids. This event is free and open to the public. UPS Live United Motorcycle Run 10:00 AM White Eagle Lounge 5533 Hwy US 1 Korona, FL 32110. UPS and the United Way Volusia / Flagler will host the UPS Live United Motorcycle Run on Sunday, October 16 at the White Eagle Lounge. Registration begins at 10:00 a.m. it begins at 11:15 a.m. This will be a police escorted ride starting and ending at the White Eagle Lounge. This is a great way to support your community and wrap-up your Biketoberfest! Cost is a $10 donation to the United Way. For more information, please call 386.366.9050.
