I have been slacking off on the blog for the last few months, I have no excuses.  So time to get busy and run the numbers on the Flagler County condo market.

Without even looking at Palm Coast Real Estate market conditions and numbers I know from our experience in the last few months that inventory is very low in many Palm Coast communities and in some cases prices have actually, begun to increase ever so slightly. In Tidelands for example there have been 15 condo sales since January 1 of this year with only 7 Tidelands condos for sale today with prices from $91,000 – $284,000.

Is it time to buy a condominium in Palm Coast?

People constantly ask the question is now the time to buy?  I would say unequivocably, absolutely yes. Interest rates are still at historic lows and there are still some good deals to be had, bank owned, short sales and just plain motivated sellers. One other note about the “good deals” if it is a great price and a good value be prepared to make an offer because if you don’t someone else will. The days of sitting on the sidelines waiting for the price to drop are gone….these deals are being snapped up at a record pace.

Most brokers feed their listings to the IDX some do not.
