About Margaret
Margaret hasn’t always been involved in the real estate world. In fact, she started off working as a certified public accountant for a major international accounting firm. Once she dipped her toes in the water of real estate, she switched over to a real estate investment firm in the Northeast US. After finding her way to Florida, Margaret developed, renovated, and operated a charming boutique hotel and gourmet eatery in Flagler Beach!
In the real estate world, Margaret’s specialities include the commercial and investment real estate industry. She’s also the only CCIM in the entire county, making her skills highly sought-after. From marketing expertise to in-depth analysis to knowing the ins and outs of the area, Margaret’s clients are always in good hands.
About the Awards
The awards banquet, Hallmark Heavy Hitters in Commercial Real Estate, happened a few weeks ago. It honored the Top Producers in each county, as well as regional honors for a variety of categories and two speciality nominated awards.
Margaret took home both the 2019 Top Producer Flagler County and Third Place for Investment awards!
