Here are the August home sales for Flagler County. When compared to August of 2010 in almost every community home sales are up and in some cases so is average price per square foot, this is good news. Generally in Flagler County things start to slow in September at the end of the summer season and kids are back in school. Home sales this August are down from July 2011 which is fairly normal.
