David Clark: Diligent and Dedicated

David has more than 30 years of Real Estate experience. He has been involved in all aspects of Real Estate services – including business, sales, investment, title insurance, and escrow services (the list goes on). He has also held Real Estate licenses in 4 other states. His experience as a Real Estate agent has already brought him great success here in the Palm Coast area, where he’s been a resident for the last year.

David began his career as a USAF medic and was stationed in Alabama, Florida, Alaska and Maine. After his tour, he worked in the civil engineering field in California. David, a licensed Amateur Radio Operator, enjoys the sun while gardening, fishing or walking on the beach with his wife Carrie Clark and their 4 dogs: Sheba, Sallie, Maddie, and Pookie. We are excited to add David to our roster and know that you’ll find his Real Estate knowledge an invaluable asset.

Carrie Clark: Keeping Current for Clients

Buying a home is a process. There are home inspections, title companies, and lenders that need to be wrangled to make the purchase happen. Managing, or juggling really, all of these different entities can be a bit hectic. Having Carrie Clark on your side to direct this “chaos” is just one of the benefits of calling upon her 17 years of Real Estate Experience. Carrie will make sure – by staying up to date on technology and Real Estate laws – that you’re getting the best possible service and solution delivery.

Carrie specializes in new construction, investment, luxury, and retirement properties. She is a member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the National Business Womens’ Association. Carrie is an exceptional agent, with a wealth of knowledge, and we feel you’ll come to count on her expertise.

Tom Harman: Protecting Your Investment and Time

Tom‘s previous experience as a Secret Service agent, protecting high-profile people like President Clinton and the King of Jordan, fully prepared him for the fast-paced world of Real Estate. Tom is your go-to-guy when you need someone who can work at a fast pace, while remaining calm, organized, and efficient.

A University of Mary Washington graduate, Tom holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix. His razor-sharp focus coupled with his first-in-class professionalism culminate in a whirlwind of Real Estate excellence. We think you will come to depend on Tom just as President Clinton did.
